When planning your event, it is very important to contact the Parks
Administrative Office as early as possible to receive the most current
information on the park or facility of your choice.
Our county parks and facilities are available on a first come, first
served basis. Many parks have unique requirements and have different
reservation fees and applications. A large organizational function or
special event at our parks will require a Special Use Permit in addition to a reservation application.
Picnic shelters at Spanaway Park and Dawson Playfield can be reserved up to six months in advance with the following application forms:
If you wish to be guaranteed a site during the summer season, you may want to make a reservation at least two weeks in advance.
Fees & Payments
Payment may be
made by cash, charge, check or money order. Make checks payable to
Pierce County Parks & Recreation. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Your reservation is not finalized until a permit is issued by Pierce County Parks & Recreation.
