About the Project
Group 1: This work provides for approximately 94,763 square yards of pavement resurfacing with a Cape Seal consisting of Asphalt Rubber (AR) Chip Seal Type 2 with Micro Surfacing Type II, resurfacing approximately 107,470 square yards of Micro Surfacing Type II, on a variety of local access roadways located within multiple neighborhoods.
Group 2: This work provides for 22,626 square yards of pavement resurfacing with a Cape Seal consisting of (AR) Chip Seal Type 2 with Micro Surfacing Type II, and approximately 14,366 square yards of pavement resurfacing with Micro Surfacing Type II on a variety of local access roadways located within multiple neighborhoods.
Group 3: This work provides for approximately 16,058 square yards of pavement resurfacing with a Cape Seal consisting of AR Chip Seal Type 2 with Micro Surfacing Type II on Chambers Creek Rd W in University Place, WA, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
