Pierce County Emergency Management offers training to a variety of populations and partners within Pierce County. Some is online, other in face-to-face classroom settings, some offered in-house, and others from vendors, and Homeland Security partners. The purpose of the training is to equip our residents, First Responders, and Visitors with information to take personal responsibility to be prepared for, respond to, and recover from disasters that may happen in Pierce County.
