MISSION
The mission of the Surface Water Management Advisory Board (SWAB) is to work with Pierce County Surface Water Management to develop recommendations on the County's surface water management program to the Pierce County Council and Executive Office.

The Surface Water Management Advisory Board is a Pierce County Executive-appointed, Council-confirmed advisory board on surface water management issues in unincorporated Pierce County.
