CLC-Get Care

Community Living Connections Information System (CLC-GetCare)

Washington is rolling out a new information system to support the work of Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs), Aging & Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs) and Senior Information and Assistance programs. This information system is called CLC-GetCare. CLC-GetCare is a comprehensive system that includes many features including a comprehensive resource directory with a public-facing self-service website.

The public-facing website will be the means by which ADRC staff professionals and members of the public will access detailed information about service providers across the state. For example, someone in Spokane County considering a move to Pierce County can access information about services for older adults and people with disabilities here in our area, e.g., housing, transportation, in-home care, community centers, legal assistance, etc.

It is important that CLC-Get Care is populated with the most thorough and accurate information possible. To that end, service providers are invited to Download an Organization Information Form, complete it carefully, and return it as an e-mail attachment as soon as possible. The more complete the form the better the service we will all be able to provide to the community.
