Open Enrollment

2019 Open Enrollment Information
It’s time again for open enrollment! Signing up for medical and dental benefits is easy and convenient with the Workday system.

The open enrollment period for the 2019 benefit plan year is Nov. 5 - Nov. 30, 2018.

Open Enrollment is your opportunity to:

  • Confirm, change, or stop your medical and dental benefit plan enrollment
  • Enroll your eligible dependents or remove dependents from coverage
  • Update your life beneficiary information
  • Sign up for a Health Care or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA)

Online Benefits Enrollment

All employees will complete open enrollment through Workday, the County’s online benefits enrollment system. Each employee will receive a “to-do” item in their Workday inbox.

Even if you are not making any changes to your benefit plans, you must complete an open enrollment event for coverage in 2019.

For help with the online open enrollment in Workday, check out the Open Enrollment Video.
