SmartHealth Wellness Program

Employees enrolled in a PEBB medical plan can participate in SmartHealth and qualify for the following incentives:

  • Earn a $25 Amazon gift card by taking the SmartHealth Well-Being Assessment.
  • Earn a $125 wellness incentive by joining and tracking healthy activities. Earn points each year to receive either a $125 reduction to the following year deductible, or a $125 deposit into your HSA account.

Retiree Benefits

Employees enrolled in PEBB insurance coverage at the time of retirement may be eligible to continue or defer enrollment in PEBB insurance coverage provided they meet procedural and eligibility requirements.

Short Term Disability Insurance

The County will continue to offer voluntary Short Term Disability (STD) coverage for all eligible employees through LifeMap. This coverage is employee paid. 

If you have an active STD policy, your policy will continue as is. 

You can also apply for STD coverage or cancel your active coverage when you complete your 2020 Open Enrollment. See your 2020 PEBB Open Enrollment packet for information and enrollment forms.
