Free Covid-19 Mobile Testing

Mobile testing stations are in the community so people can get tested for COVID-19. These tests are free. Identification is not required. On-site staff can help you register. Results are available in five to seven days. Complete one form for each person getting tested.

GET TESTED

You should get tested if you experience fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle pain, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, stuffy or runny nose, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or if you were close to a person with COVID-19 or attended a gathering with many people.

COME PREPARED

To make the process go faster, please bring a smartphone or tablet with you to sign up for the test. Field staff will help you sign up. Don't worry if you don't have a smartphone or other device. Staff can still help you get signed up for the test or you can use the fillable forms below.
