Request: Retain existing pier that measures 65 ft. long by 19 ft. wide (the first 30 ft. is 5 ft. wide and the last 35 ft. is “U” shaped and has a 10-ft. wide boat slip in the middle); retain existing boatlift and personal watercraft lift, retain a canopy (partially constructed) over the pier and lifts; and retain existing 162 ft. long by 4 ft. high (approximately) concrete bulkhead (with steps). The site is in a Rural-Residential Shoreline Environment and Rural 10 (R10) zone classification, located at 5104 and 5110 218th Ave. E., on the east shoreline of Lake Tapps, in Council District #1. Note, the proposal is vested to the old County Shoreline Master Program in effect prior to October 26, 2018.
