Request: Accessory to two abutting parcels, under the same ownership, construct the following:
1) Joint-use dock measuring 175 ft. long by 8 ft. wide with 40 ft. wide “L” at the end;
2) Boathouse; and
3) Utilize the second floor of a detached garage for living space.
There is currently a cabin on one parcel and the other parcel was vacant, until recently. The site is in the Gig Harbor Peninsula Community Plan area, Rural-Residential Shoreline Environment, and Rural 10 (R10) zone classification, located at 1309 and 1315 Kamus Way, Fox Island, on the south shoreline of Hale Passage, in Council District #7.
