Fife Partners with Pierce County to Provide Animal Services

Soon all Fife residents will experience the benefits of Pierce County Animal Services. From barking dogs to strays and pet licensing to animal complaints, Pierce County will soon be Fife’s one-stop-shop for animal services. The City of Fife expects to begin receiving services March 1st.

All dogs and cats living in Fife will soon be required to obtain a Pet License. Licensing is easy, and available online and at select Fife locations.

Once services begin on March 1, 2015, Pierce County will respond to animal control issues in Fife. Call (253) 798-PETS to report issues, or visit the Animal Control page. We respond to a variety of calls, including:
• Animal Bites
• Animals running loose
• Cruelty reports
• Injured animals
• Vicious animal complaints
