Recording Fees Increase in July 2019

Recording fees for most documents will increase in July.

  • A $2.50 surcharge became effective July 1 for documents like surveys, plats and boundary line adjustments
  • A State Library and Archive Building surcharge becomes effective July 28 which will increase recording fees by another $2.00.
