As of March 23, 2020, Pierce County Human Services has ceased all HQS inspections (initial and annual). Homeless households can move in without an inspection until further notice. Please continue to submit HQS inspection requests for tracking purposes and for possible inspections to be completed in the future.
In-home inspections will be conducted for initial move in inspections funded by CoC, ESG and/or THA PRIOR to client move-in, unit MUST be vacant.
Again, please continue to submit HQS inspections as usual as we are still tracking incoming requests. We will determine how to move forward with the request based on the funding source provided.
