Vendor must show proof of comprehensive general liability and name Pierce County as an additional insured. Minimum liability is $500,000 public liability and property damage. The certificate of insurance is subject to review and approval by Pierce County's Risk Manager.

application review and approval. Payment is due after approval. Permits issues after receipt of vendor fees and proof of insurance. Permits are issues on a first-come, first-served basis, for use between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
