  • Reservation Information

    1. Will be printed on permit and shelter reservation.

    2. 1 to 1000 (events with over 300 attendees may incur additional fees)

    3. Picnic shelters may be reserved up to six months in advance to the date desired.

    4. First requested date.

    5. If first date is unavailable.

    6. Requested Shelter (available 10:00 am to dusk)*

      All fee subject to change.

    7. Baseball Field

      Field is adjacent to Shelter D

    8. Valid Washington State Parks Disabled American Veterans Lifetime Pass holders receive a 25% discount on rental fees and waiver of entrance fees.

    9. Is your event being catered?*

    10. Are you having equipment delivered?*

      Tables, chairs, etc.

    11. Is sound amplification planned?*

      Microphone, speakers, etc.

    12. Is fundraising and/or sale of food, merchandise, or services planned?*

    13. Will you be charging an admission fee to attend your event?*

    14. If admission fees are charged, Pierce County Parks will receive 25% of total gate receipts. This must be received within 2 weeks following the event.

    15. Are inflatable toys planned?*

      Bounce house, etc.

    16. If yes, a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 naming Pierce County (930 Tacoma Ave., Ste 737, Tacoma, WA 98402) as an additional insured must be submitted before the application can be approved.

    17. Will you be purchasing prepaid parking passes for your guests?*

    18. $3.00 per vehicle/$1.00 per vehicle for senior (62+) or disabled.

    19. Do you need any special accommodations (ADA)?*
