    The Planning Commission was originally scheduled to make its final recommendation on the proposed changes to the Frederickson, South Hill, Mid-County, and Parkland-Spanaway-Midland community plans at the Aug. 21 meeting. The commission will now make its final recommendation on each plan, associated development regulations, and amendments to the Pierce County Comprehensive Plan at public meetings on Nov. 6 and 7.
